プライバシーポリシー
VEQ LIMITED LIABILITY CO.（以下「当社」）は、モバイルアプリ「Gutenberg Lab」（以下「本サービス」）を運営します。本サービスは、米国のテクノロジー関連ポッドキャストをもとに、毎朝のラジオ音声および朝刊ブリーフを提供するAI分析メディアです。原典を明示し、分析や要約にはAI生成コンテンツが含まれます。取り上げるポッドキャスト、配信者、企業その他の第三者とは、明示した場合を除き提携していません。
1. 取得する情報
- アカウント情報: AppleまたはGoogleでサインインした際に各社から提供される、メールアドレス、ユーザー識別子その他許可された基本情報。当社のmember-apiで保持します。
- 購入・利用権情報: App StoreまたはGoogle Playにおける商品、取引、レシートまたは購入トークン、サブスクリプションの状態および利用権情報。RevenueCatを利用して購入検証と利用権管理を行います。当社はクレジットカード番号等の決済手段情報を取得しません。
- 利用状況情報: Firebase Analyticsを用いて、閲覧・再生等のアプリ内イベント、アプリや端末に関する基本的な技術情報を、利用傾向の把握を目的として個人を直接特定しない形で計測します。
- お問い合わせ情報: お問い合わせ時に提供されるメールアドレス、問い合わせ内容および対応履歴。
通知について: 現在の通知はアプリ内表示のみで、プッシュ通知は使用していません。将来プッシュ通知を導入する場合は、必要な説明を行い、端末上で許可を求めます。
2. 利用目的
- 本人確認、アカウントの作成・維持および本サービスの提供
- 購入の検証、サブスクリプション利用権の付与・復元・管理
- 利用状況の分析、品質・機能・コンテンツの改善および不具合対応
- お問い合わせ対応、重要なサービス上または法的な案内
- 不正利用の防止、セキュリティ確保および法令遵守
3. 外部サービスと取扱いの委託
本サービスでは、AppleおよびGoogle（サインイン・ストア決済）、RevenueCat（購入検証・利用権管理）、Google Firebase Analytics（匿名の利用状況分析）を利用します。当社は、本サービスに必要な範囲で、契約上の義務を課したサービス提供者に情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。各サービス提供者は、それぞれの規約やプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理する場合があります。
4. 第三者提供・売却
当社は、個人情報を販売しません。また、上記の業務委託先による当社のための処理を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令、裁判所または権限ある公的機関の適法な要請に基づき開示が必要な場合は、この限りではありません。
5. 保管期間
当社は、アカウントの提供中および上記利用目的に必要な期間、情報を保持します。その後は、法令上の保存義務、紛争対応、不正防止、バックアップの更新に合理的に必要な期間を除き、削除または匿名化します。サブスクリプションに関する取引記録は、会計・税務その他の法令に従って保持される場合があります。
6. 安全管理
当社は、取扱う情報の性質に応じ、アクセス制御、通信の保護、委託先の管理その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の送信または保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
7. 国外での処理
外部サービスの利用に伴い、情報が日本国外のサーバーで処理されることがあります。当社は、適用法令に従い、必要な契約上その他の措置を講じます。
8. 利用者の選択と権利
利用者は、適用法令の範囲で、当社が保有する本人の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止または削除等を求めることができます。アカウントおよび関連データの削除リクエストは、privacy@gutenberg-lab.comへお送りください。本人確認や、対象アカウントを特定するための情報をお願いすることがあります。法令上保持が必要な情報や、匿名化済みの情報は削除できない場合があります。
アカウントやアプリを削除しても、ストアのサブスクリプションは自動的には解約されません。解約はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプション設定から行ってください。
9. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは、適用法令上、保護者の同意なく個人情報を提供できない年齢の子どもを対象としていません。当該情報を誤って取得したと判明した場合は、法令に従って削除等の対応を行います。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
サービス内容または法令の変更等に応じ、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本サービス内または適切な方法でお知らせし、必要な場合は同意を取得します。改定後の効力発生日は本ページ冒頭に表示します。

Privacy Policy
VEQ LIMITED LIABILITY CO. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Gutenberg Lab mobile application (the "Service"). The Service is an AI-powered analysis publication covering U.S. technology podcasts through a daily morning radio program and briefing. We identify original sources, and our analysis and summaries include AI-generated content. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with the podcasts, publishers, companies, or other third parties we cover.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address, user identifier, and other basic information that the provider is permitted to share. We retain this information through our member-api.
- Purchase and entitlement information: Product, transaction, receipt or purchase-token, subscription-status, and entitlement information from the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage entitlements. We do not receive your credit-card number or other payment-method details.
- Usage information: Using Firebase Analytics, we measure in-app events such as views and playback, along with basic app and device technical information, in a form that does not directly identify you, to understand usage trends.
- Support information: Your email address, message, and support history when you contact us.
Notifications: We currently provide in-app notices only and do not use push notifications. If we introduce push notifications in the future, we will provide appropriate information and request permission on your device.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate you, create and maintain your account, and provide the Service;
- To validate purchases and grant, restore, and manage subscription entitlements;
- To analyze usage, improve quality, features and content, and troubleshoot issues;
- To respond to inquiries and send important service or legal notices; and
- To prevent misuse, protect security, and comply with law.
3. Service Providers
The Service uses Apple and Google for sign-in and store payments, RevenueCat for purchase validation and entitlement management, and Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage measurement. We may engage service providers under contractual obligations to process information for us only as needed to operate the Service. Each provider may also process information under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. No Sale or Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Except for processing by the service providers described above on our behalf, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid request from a court or authorized public body.
5. Retention
We retain information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. We then delete or anonymize it, except where retention is reasonably required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or complete backup cycles. Subscription transaction records may be retained as required by accounting, tax, or other laws.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process, including access controls, protection of data in transit, and oversight of service providers. No internet transmission or storage system, however, can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International Processing
Our service providers may process information on servers outside Japan. We take contractual or other measures required by applicable law for such processing.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Send account and related-data deletion requests to privacy@gutenberg-lab.com. We may ask you to verify your identity or provide information identifying the relevant account. We may retain information required by law, and information already anonymized may not be capable of deletion.
Deleting your account or the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription. You must cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children who, under applicable law, cannot provide personal information without parental consent. If we learn that we collected such information in error, we will take steps required by law, including deletion where appropriate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will provide notice of material changes in the Service or by another appropriate method and obtain consent where required. The effective date of the revised Policy will appear at the top of this page.
